Trust Administration and Management
A board of 9 Trustees who meet approximately 4 times a year is responsible for the overall work of BBACT. They are all either blind or partially sighted or have relevant business experience.

Our Projects and Administration Manager Penny Hefferan, is responsible for delivering the daily activities of the Trust and is supported by a small team of individuals engaged on short-term contracts to undertake specific projects.
Derek Froud is our newly engaged fund-raiser and like Penny, he can be contacted through our help-line or by E-mailing us.
Annaliese Boteler, owner of Five Star Training, supports our staff on a range of initiatives including our annual conference and working as our Marathon runners liaison officer. She can also be contacted through our help-line.
